Let’s make fastelavnsboller together!

Learn how to make the traditional Danish fastelavnsboller!

There are many different kinds of Fastelavnsboller. Some is made of danish pastry and some is made of a regular yeast dough. Some are filled with a custard or jam and then baked, while others are sliced open and then filled with a custard or whipped cream filling.

Join us from your own kitchen and remember to buy the following products:

250 grams of flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp. sugar
100 grams of soft butter
1 beaten egg save a little for brushing
1 dl. milk

Marzipan remonce:
75 grams of marzipan grated
75 grams of sugar
75 grams of butter (soft)
3-4 tablespoons raspberry jam all kinds of jam can be used

Brushing: beaten egg
Topping: 25 grams of Nougat cut into narrow slices, sprinkles, frosting etc. Your choice what kind of topping you want
